12 Week Wellness Transformation
Our new 12 week Wellness Transformation is not simply a weight loss program. This transformation looks at improving your habits with nutrition and fitness to create an understanding of full body wellness.
Weight loss programs are often so regimented that when they are complete, the participant will revert back to old habits and lose any gains that they experienced.
Our main goal is to make you as knowledgeable as possible in the 12 weeks so that you can build and retain these new habits and become more independent.
During this 12 week process you will receive:
A full nutritional assessment that will teach you how to fuel your body properly
2 follow up nutritional appointments to ensure your success
A fitness assessment that will go over postural, gait and movement testing
24 personal training sessions that progress you safely while challenging you
12 group training sessions to use on any of our group training classes
