The Birdie Program is a 3 month group conditioning course designed to prepare your body for the upcoming season. We place a heightened focus on core stabilization and mobility to reduce your chance of injury at the start of the season.
Classes run Tuesdays from January 16 - April 16, 2020
Morning Group at 11:00 AM
Evening Group at 5:00 PM
