Tania has been named one of Canada's Top Fitness Instructors of 2021. She has been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years as a personal trainer, educator, manager, and group fitness instructor. She has worked with high level athletes, research projects studying the effects of exercise on chronic health conditions, breast cancer and colon cancer. She specializes in addressing the psychological as well as the physical components of pain management and performance. Tania loves working with both ends of the spectrum - performance enhancement for sport or life to clients engaging in post-rehabilitation or managing chronic health conditions, pain management and fall prevention.

As I got older I was starting to develop heath issues and needed to get in better shape & lose some weight. From the start, Benji did a great job of assessing my body needs & how to address them.
