Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. I am also fortunate enough to be able to live a healthy and fit life myself.
As a fully qualified and accredited trainer since 2013, I firmly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of our lives. I am certified in a variety of disciplines including TRX, barbell weight lifting, marathon running, as well as general nutrition coaching and sport nutrition. I specialize in training motocross and enduro dirt bikers as well as other athletes.
