Tyson suffered a distal avulsion fracture to his hip flexor on October 12, 2019. We put together a detailed rehabilitation program for Tyson in cooperation with Morgan McDonald from Calgary Youth Physio. He made slow progression at first as we found a core dysfunction that was hindering his rehabilitation. Once the core dysfunction was corrected, Tyson's progress was nothing short of amazing. He was cleared to start playing mid way through Esso Minor Hockey Week where he picked up 4 assists in his first game back, then 2 goals in the semi-finals. Unfortunately, he and the Bantam AA Rangers had to settle for the silver medal coming up just short. Congratulations Tyson! Your success this season will be a product of your hard work and we wish you and the Rangers luck in the remainder of your season.
