This unique class will take you back to the basics.

In this class you will learn:

  • Diaphragm awareness and breathing mechanics

  • Core and pelvic floor awareness and activation techniques

  • Girdle awareness and bracing techniques

  • Extremity awareness

  • Understand and maximize your primal movements

  • Getting the most out of your body and workouts

Corrective breath exercise
Postural correction
Proper movement pattern
Corrective strength training

If you experience pain, loss of function, incontinence, poor posture, lack of body awareness, or any hurdle that is preventing you from achieving your goals, then this class is for you. 

 

Through a structured, progressive program, you will take your body through achieving developmental milestones all over again. This will build your tolerance and ability of stacking multiple anatomical and muscular demands in order to move and feel your best.

  • 6 weeks of progressive classes

  • $189.00

  • Tuesday nights at 6:00pm

  • February 18th - March 25th
