Unlike typical online training programs where you're left to figure things out on your own, we start with a comprehensive movement assessment and intake process to understand your current fitness level, strengths, and goals. From there, we create a customized training program and  nutrition coaching plan designed to help you achieve real, sustainable results.

 

Our online training programs are built around your unique needs, with continuous support to ensure progress. Through weekly check-ins, you'll send videos of your exercises for form feedback, allowing us to correct and refine your technique, preventing injuries, and ensuring you make safe, effective progress. Additionally, we schedule a monthly Zoom call to review your progress, address challenges, and refine your approach.

All of this is made accessible through a convenient app, where you can track your training program, watch demo videos, follow nutrition habits, and access resources that support your overall wellness. Your coach will be available to answer questions, offering guidance and accountability.

Your monthly coaching plan includes:

  • Free movement assessment and comprehensive health history (during the first month only)

  • 4-6 week program design with exercise description/videos through your access to Trainerize

  • Three 30-minute weekly progress check-ins

  • One 1-hour monthly check-in

  • Nutrition habit goals with nutrition resources

  • Macronutrient goals when necessary
