These classes of varied intensities are a fun way to be challenged in a team atmosphere while learning from our experienced trainers. We have limited our group sizes to a maximum of 10 people to maintain an intimate experience while keeping prices affordable.

Are you playing or managing a team? We understand the demands of each sport and have experience with a wide range of athletics. If you run, skate, throw, kick, turn, catch or hit we can help.
