Why do we call it movement therapy instead of personal training?
Instead of being focused on reps, sets, and weights, we focus on improving your movement patterns to make you are as efficient as possible. All bodies have muscular imbalances, injuries, or other compensatory patterns that the body adapts and makes "normal". We like to reverse these patterns and help restore the body to its optimal function which can reduce pain, increase performance, and make life easier.
