With extensive experience as a coach and personal trainer since 2010, I have helped countless clients transform their lives by achieving exceptional health and wellness goals. My journey includes years of sports, fitness competitions, and endurance adventures, reflecting my dedication to peak physical condition and inspiring others to do the same.
Since moving to Calgary from Newfoundland you can often find me in the mountains. Hiking, Mountain biking or Snowboarding as I continue to set personal benchmarks for adventure, strength and endurance. Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy playing guitar, and writing music, with creative and intellectual pursuits, embodying a lifestyle of balance and growth.
I have deeply explored the connection between physical and mental health, understanding how a strong body fosters a resilient mind. integrating this philosophy into my coaching, helping clients build confidence in movement, reducing stress/pain, and achieving an awareness of overall well-being.
