Join our Mountain Sport Fitness class designed for outdoor enthusiasts of all levels. If you're a hiker, biker, skier, climber, or just love to stay active in the mountains, this program is for you. This class combines strength, endurance, and mobility training to help you perform better in your favorite outdoor activities and prevent injury.

Through functional exercises, targeted conditioning, and sport-specific movements, you'll build the power and stamina needed to tackle tough terrains, climb steep trails, and enjoy longer, more rewarding adventures. Expect a mix of strength training, agility drills, balance work, and flexibility exercises—all tailored to challenge and support your personal fitness goals.

Whether you're an experienced athlete or new to outdoor sports, this class will help you feel stronger, more confident, and ready for whatever the mountain throws your way!
