Movement Specialist & Personal Trainer
I have been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years now, and have seen a lot of changes over the years.
I started my personal training career during the aerobic fitness boom of the late 80’s. Back then strength training was body building. This was not for me and I quickly transitioned into athletic therapy and athletic training. After many years of sitting on hockey benches and training in the off season I decided it was time to move on. Soon after I discovered functional fitness.
This was a game changer for me as I used the information I learned to heal myself! I had been hit by a truck in a cross walk and also developed a neuropathy which meant I needed to relearn how to walk and move again. Chad helped me get back on my feet and we learned a lot about rehab and returning to function during that time.
Since then I have worked with many clients helping them return to life! Car accidents, joint replacement and chronic injuries are my specialties.
I have also worked along side Dr. Darren Scarborough (neurological chiropractor) and Dr. Melissa Campbell to learn skills necessary to help brain and body connections.
I look forward to meeting you!
