Synapse Re-opening June 19, 2020

We have made multiple changes to our policies and procedures to ensure everyones safety during our re-opening.

  1. We will only be doing one-on-one training at this time

  2. No more than 2 sessions will be booked per hour

  3. Members must wash hands upon entering and exiting

  4. Any purchases must be made through our on-line store

  5. Implementing 5 sanitizing stations around the facility

  6. No hands on cueing, palpation, or contact in any way

  7. The front entry will be available to 1 member at a time

  8. Our on-line booking has been disabled. Please phone in to book your sessions.

14 DAY CHALLENGE- We are trying to keep our sense of community strong during our closure. To help you get through this time, we have created our 14 day challenge which will keep you on track both physically, and hopefully mentally. Once you complete the workout, post on any of our social feeds and challenge your friends or family.
